Chic Luxury Homes, operated by Tara Williams, provides real estate brokerage services in Johnson County, Kansas and surrounding areas. Our Site offers property listings, market information, home valuation tools, and contact forms to connect you with our team. All information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By submitting a form on our Site and providing your phone number with consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Chic Luxury Homes / Tara Williams. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Property updates and listing information related to your inquiry
• Follow-up communications regarding your real estate needs

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing communication. Typically 1–5 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply. Chic Luxury Homes is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We only send text messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent through our website forms. We honor all opt-out requests immediately. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

User Conduct
